DHL Express shipping times (Germany)

Hi Guys, what is your experience with DHL Express shipping times in Germany?

I was told originally delivery would be 16th Oct, then it moved to 2nd oct, then last Wednesday I got a notification that my watch was shipped. They have sent it by DHK Express, and on there website said delivery by 10pm yesterday, so I stayed home, and ....nothing.. This morning the same, delivery by 10pm, and again nothing. Looking at the tracking, its not even left the distribution center in Eindhoven, Holland. Now the tracking says no delivery date available.

Is this normal, or just typical DHL.

Mine took from Saturday till today, Tuesday, to move from Eindhoven to Amsterdam.
Maybe it travels by bicycle messenger..

What date does Apple say? Because the date on the Apple site is always the right one.

With my iPad Air 3 I’ve got 2 weeks before the date a mail that it’s delivered. 1 week later DHL said it’s coming tomorrow, than again tomorrow.. I’ve got it on the date Apple told me. Lol.

The DHL tracking information was exactly the same for me - it showed that my watch would be delivered by the end of Monday. I stayed at home and they didn't show up. The next day it said the same - delivery before the end of Tuesday. Like before, I stayed at home but they didn't show up either. On Wednesday that week, there wasn't even a delivery estimate anymore, so I waited until Friday before checking the link again. That day it said it will be delivered on Saturday but I could also see detailed information where the parcel was (which wasn't the case before). The parcel did indeed arrive on Saturday. I recommend waiting until you see detailed tracking infos, only then will the whole tracking be correct and working. DHL are the worst, still don't know why Apple uses them in some countries...
