Diagnostic logs

So iOS 5 keeps diagnostic logs to send to Apple. I regularly check and noticed that once in a while one appears in this log. It is an error of some sort. Should this always be clear?

Are your guy's diagnostic logs all clear? I am just curious if it is a problem.

It's normal. Nothing to worry about.

Is there anyway to clear / delete these off the phone?
