Well I purchased a Lion laptop (MacBook Pro with a solid state drive), and it has been an "interesting experience"
Are there any free diagnostic/system cleaning tools available for Lion?
I've had a kernel panic (when running flash of course) and an interesting situation in which Mac suddenly thinks I have a bluetooth keyboard and mouse, and suddenly disables both.
Other issues are:
1. Even though the machine is bound to Active Directory and is registered, I cannot log directly into the network from the login screen (I don't get the "other" option, and even when it did briefly appear, I was unable to authenticate).
2. MS Outlook 2011 sometimes doesn't update folder views: I stay "stuck" on one folder.
so any tools or advice would be appreciated
