Diagram app?

My mom wants an app where she can basically explain her thoughts in diagram. She also wants to use it for presentations. What app does this?

Take a look at iThoughts, TouchDraw, or one of the several apps that can create PowerPoint compatible presentations, e.g., Office2HD, DocsToGo.
