Hi all, I’m a relative newbie to macs from windows. We bought a Mac do it would be easier to use without me having to have a workaround for everything. As such I didn’t get into the finer points about Mac maintenance.

I updated to Catalina without chEcking compatibility with my audio interface and if there was a problem as the software supplied isnt 64 bit. Long story short I tried rebooting from an old Mojave time machine and this didn’t work. My next step was to create a bootable disk of Mojave and do the options button at startup.

thing is, the original time machine attempt has created another 48gb hard drive on my machine. So I have the Catalina one and the failed Mojave one.
This means that when I run the bootable disk there’s not enough hd capacity to install.
How do I delete the Mojave 48gb?
