Dial in and Auto ON/OFF in OSX

When I used OS 9 I let a person dial into my computer using my remote access control panel but in OS X I can't see any options to allow this.

Is there a third party app to let people to connect into my network?


Also in OS 9 there are options in the Energy Saver control panel there are options to set the computer to turn on and off automatically. Is it possible to do this in OS X?
