Hi all,
Having some trouble... I actually work for an ISP doing tech support, and I've got a 10.4.11 user who is unable to dial up.
I'm so used to dealing with these problems on windows computers I know exactly what each error # means and how to address it, but we rarely get Mac users on dialup, and even rarer do they have problems.

The user doesn't get any useful error # or message when connection fails. Is there anywhere in OSX that I can find some sort of log or detailed info?

Yep, use the Console app.

It's buried in the Utilities folder in the Apps folder.

Logs to your heart's content and beyond. Full-text searching too.
