Dial with Skype not working

Has the dial with Skype function been deleted from the address book pull down menu on the phone numbers?
 
I think I'm gonna need more information on this before I can give a decent answer. Is this on a computer, an iPod touch/iPhone? What OS is it running? Version of Skype installed, the version of the iPod touch app?

I changed the setting in (get info) address book back to 32 bitt and that fixed the problem. Skype needs to make a 64 bitt patch for SL
