Dialer problem

Sorry for my english

i had downloaded Theme from http://modmyi.com
i upload all the files included on theme directory using iphonebowser to mobilephone.app

then i went to ifile on iphone to deleat the theme

i deleated all files that i uploded :-

DefaultDialer.png

then i restart the iphone

the dialer screen is completly blank

i installed palm pre dialer from winterboard

the dialer worked fine but the icon disappeared (bottom icon contact recent keypad voicemail)

how to install the default dialer + how to restore the icon

Why are you using iFile to delete specific files? You're supposed to use Cydia and uninstall packages that way. Who knows what you did, but since you deleted Defaultdialer.png, that's probably why you have nothing.

Go to Cydia and uninstall packages correctly and maybe you'll get it back. Otherwise you're stuck restoring and starting over. Lesson learned.
