My phone will not allow you to dial out from links in emails or the Google App, AroundMe, etc. As an example when I use the Google App to search for a restaurant, the results load and I get the phone number there on the screen. I can touch the link and get a popup of Cancel or Call but it flashes twice. When I press Call, nothing happens. The same exact thing happens from email links with numbers. The AroundMe app is a bit different. It gives its results and I can press the number and nothing happens at all. Anyone else seeing behavior like this. I am running an iPhone 4 with 4.1 Jailbroken. Thanks for any help.

So no one else has this issue? I wish I could trace it to a particular jailbreak app so I could uninstall.
