Dialog Boxes Appearing Strange

Since the last OS update to snow leopard my dialog boxes have looked different. I'm assuming this isn't how they are supposed to look. Does anyone have any idea whats going on or how to fix it?

I'm not seeing this change after the update. Sure you aren't running some third-party UI program?

I have no third party UI programs running. I don't have any haxies of any kind.

Looks like you might have this program installed.

I do have 1password installed, but it is not just 1password's dialog boxes that have been changed. All of my dialog boxes and even some programs have been effected.
