Diamond BVU5500 USB 3.0 Adapter - Does it support 4K 60hz?

I have looked all over the place but have still not found the maximum refresh rate this device supports. The resolution tops out at 3840x2160, but makes no mention of the refresh rate. Does USB 3.0 even have enough bandwidth to support 4K @ 60hz?

Looks like it uses the DisplayLink DL-5500 chipset, which maxes out at 4k 30hz :-(.
