Yeah Dragon Dictation is a great app, and so is their medical dictation app (which I use because I am a med student) it rarely makes a mistake and if it does it's a word that almost any voice recognition software wouldn't get either.

No. Unless there is a JB app that I'm unaware of, you can't do what you're looking for without copy and pasting the content.
