dictation in Mavericks not registering

I just updated my rMBP 13" to Mavericks DP4 and downloaded the offline dictation feature. When I start the dictation the box pops up and it shows that it is hearing audio, but it doesn't actually transcribe the audio to text on the screen. Is anyone else having issues like this?

It's been broken since DP3

If you turn off advanced dictation you can use the normal dictation fine though.

Thanks for the heads up...went strait from DP1 to DP4.

I'm using the public release of Mavericks and have used the enhanced dictation successfully. However, after being logged in for a while it just stops working. The microphone comes up and reacts to my voice, but no words appear. A restart fixes the problem.

In another user, dictation still works fine so I guess something on my account is interfering. 1Password?
