Dictation repetition in Sequoia

In Sonoma on both my Air and Mini, you can't dictate at all because the lines keeps repeating. This is a known issue. Has anybody had better luck with Sequoia?

Was hoping to read here that dictation had improved with Sequoia. Will hold off on testing the beta then.
 
I can report the same typing repetition issue exists. Sad that Apple chose to ignore this issue.
