iPhone 13 Pro Max Dictation speed and accuracy

guys - long term android user and about to jump into the iphone for stability, etc but one thing that concerns me is dictation speed. I'm not talking about Siri dictation but actually dictating 5-6 line emails throughout the day for my work. I do that quite a bit

Can anybody comment on both speed & accuracy both indoors & OUTDOORS? If you've used Android before or now like the pixel, you know dictation is superb but how far behind is iphone? If somebody has review videos of dictation specifically that'll help because I've not been able to find any
