Did 10.12.2 change your Energy Saver settings?

Before the update I had "Put hard disks to sleep when possible" disabled and "Turn display off after" set for 5 mins.

After the update the HDD option was enable and display off was set to 1 min.
Was this just me or is it more of Apple trying to be sneaky with the battery life issues?
