Did a No-No: changed name:valuedcustomer

So on a restart evrything was reset to new user. There"s a folder with the new name I gave it with most my stuff. Anyway, is there a relative easy restore to "what was" somehow?

..it worked..had to work quickly though as it told me first time that "valuedcustomer is taken"
