Did any review address range/home or work wifi

I'm wondering this too. That other thread doesn't answer how far range can be if your at the gym and there is no free wi fi. Can it still connect and will it only do it from bluetooth then? so only 30 feet. Not sure why reviewers don't actually review useful information.
