If you cut a text, just shake the iphone to undo. I posted this here cause well... you can't shake an ipad:D
 
The iPad has that as well. It was a new feature starting with iOS 3. One of my least favorite features. More of an annoyance than a feature.

Really? I am that late? Anyway, I kinda look stupid shaking my ipad.
 
Useful feature at (even just rare) times when you might need it.
