Wow, that was a painfully awkward presentation. The poor guy has no public speaking skills - from the first moment, he jammed his hands into his pocket and looked REALLY awkward. And then the flow between him and his wife was so off...

Also, when watching the final video on iPhone 4, one of Apple's senior managers has probably the best radio/voiceover voice I've heard in a while... they should use him more.
