Not with the data plan, but I lost a txt message feature code on my account - currently I have a support ticket with AT&T Premier with the resolution date of July 5th to get it back.

AT&T credited my account $25 for the difference of the standard 1500 txt message plan and my reduced one ($7) + a refund of the activation fee ($18).
