iPhone 11 Pro Did anyone not get a confirmation email after pre-ordering?

Launch day delivery. Ordered right when it opened. Used Apple Pay through the Apple store app. Noticed that status changed to preparing to ship just now. However, I never got a confirmation email, so I’m wondering if I’m the only one or did anyone else experience the same thing?

Mine took a while before it came through. I remember last year mine was even more delayed.

Sometimes it can take longer. Also check your spam mail. I've noticed some of my apple order e-mail went to spam mail.

I received my confirmation email immediately, right at 8:00am EST.

I completed my order at 5:03, and the e-mail came at 5:12.

But I definitely remember that a bunch of people had delayed emails last year, and it didn’t affect their delivery.

I ordered mine at 8:05AM.

Email received at 8:15AM order pending.

Email received at 5:58PM order confirmation and approval, scheduled delivery 9-20

I called apple and they sent me one. Said they sent it twice and only got it once. Hoping I get the shipment email once it ships.
