I suppose they change the iTunes music store one because its not the only "download" app. What I mean by that is, before it had an arrow icon now it has a musical note icon.
The calculator. The calculator has always been something that, for me, seems like apple was never sure about icon wise. so they've gone and changed it again. This time the buttons are square, and may be so, the actual application "buttons" might be square as well... who knows?
