To my eyes, his color looks the same as my color, but I know I can't really tell. DigitalColor Meter.app tells me they are quite different.

They are quite different.
Your is quite a bit brighter, and a far different shade of the spectrum.
Symmetry is cool, and so is stylometry, which could be used to tell if my post is real or a forgery!
i'm getting pretty anxious, too. nearly every day i give my husband a little countdown time to the release date - actually, i give him several based on the multiple dates being thrown around out there. at this point, he probably wants the iphone to be released asap so i will stop reciting the countdown daily.

Sorry, black isn't a hue (color); rather, it's a "achromatic color" (which is such an oxymoron). Either is white, sort of... White is a shade, but not a hue. White, can also be considered a achromatic color because after all, it's not a hue, only a shade. A shade, is in fact, the mixture of a color with black, while a tint is the mixture of a color with white.Ooh, maybe we should argue about whether black is or is not a color. So the real question here is, since white is a shade, is black a tint?
