Because I'm on a business account with AT&T, I could not pre order through the website and have to go through the customer support line.
I was told yesterday when I called them that the phone lines would be up at 12:01 AM PST, to my pleasant surprise, the phone lines definitely weren't up. I was pretty livid to say the least, as I have no other possible way to pre order the phone.
So I wait till 7:00 local time and call them again, within minutes of the lines coming on, pre order my iPhone 6 Plus and have a 21-28 business days expected delivery.
I'm pretty upset with AT&T and this ****** business account. Did anyone else encounter this problem?
