did anyone receive SGPstore replacement for defective EX Series Crystal Clear?

I received email from SGPstore 2weeks ago said that EX Series Crystal Clear for iphone 4 I received was defective and they will ship me a new one on July 2nd. but I still have not received the new item, did anyone else receive their replacement item?

I didn't order from SGPStore.com but Cretouch.com and received my replacement on the 4th. In my experience and others if you read through the SGP skin thread it seems SGP has horrible customer service. I order the Carbon skin and received shipping on the 6th. For whatever reason its been over a week and no package. I e-mailed them and haven't heard anything as well as others who have e-mailed them.
