Be more specific. What date did you order?

Can you track your order? Have you tried ringing them? Nobody on here is going to be able to sort out your delivery for you.
 
Stressing? Over a phone? Relax you'll get it eventually. Don't know why you chose best buy but calm down the world will not end.

I should have said Title. The title of this thread does not let me know if I should open it or not. Since I didn't order from Best Buy at all, it was a complete waste of my time clicking on it. I'm replying only to prevent further threads titled like this one.
