Did anyone's safari browser window act strange today?

I got it back to Apple's website again, but it was weird. When I went to safari today the search box on the top saw "d." I thought it was a fluke, so no big deal, I just closed it and reopened it. I got the same thing. So, I went to the preferences and sure enough, the homepage was listed as "d." Did this happen to you, but then again, I have been having strange problems so maybe it was changed because of the problems I thought were fixed. Though, they were fixed a few days ago, so what would bring this up today?
 
That's good, then, so whatever happened obviously was a weird little minor glitch; as long as everything else seems to be working OK right now probably things are fine. Could have been that when you or someone else was trying to resolve whatever the other problems were somehow the homepage preference thingy got cleared and a finger hit the "d" key by mistake, unnoticed.... Glad everything seems to be fine now!
 
Thank you. Things are much better right now. I have almost had my MBP for five years. In eight days the manufactures date will be five years exactly. It was shipped to my house a few days later. I don't remember when, though.

Glad to hear that everything seems to be going smoothly and is OK now! Apple computers last a long time, and you should be able to get a good additional year or two out of your MBP......
