My wife got hers from the Hermès store. If you’re looking for one, try there. I don’t know the answer to your question but if they are limited edition, I’d imagine they are all sold out by now. Hermès fans are very loyal to the brand. I know first hand. I live with one. She switched from Android to Apple just because of the Hermès Apple Watch lol.

Hermès Online Store is out of stock because they only show items on their website that are in stock ready to be shipped. Apple Online still shows the watch available it just is not shipping until November. Demand is high so shipping times are delayed until November 3rd.
