Did Apple change Pro XDR default resolution with 11.3?

I updated my 2019 Mac Pro to the latest update (11.3) a few days ago, I noticed that my display resolution changed. I went to display settings and it defaults now to 2560x1440, before it defaulted to 3008x1692.

I don't see anywhere in the update notes about the Pro XDR, did they change it or is my Mac acting up?

Is 3008x1692 still available?
Which GPUs do you have and which one is the XDR connected to?
