Did Apple sell me a USED iMac ???

Hi, i recently got a brand new iMac from the Apple website (20th December 07)

Today i noticed a few files on my hardrive that was last opened in November, 2007

Anyone know why?

I think it's somthing to do with the imaging process used to put Leopard on each new Mac. I'd say that's still consistent with it being a brand-new Mac.

That's the date the file was last accessed by something else on the system. So it's dated as November as a result of Leopard being installed at the factory.
