Did AT&T Just Revamp Their Unlimited Plans

I don't know exactly how I stumbled upon this link, but there is this link that implies that AT&T Unlimited plans just got a $20 price cut on each plan. I wonder if we can mix and match the two plans yet. I'd love to buy 1 line of Unlimited Plus and 1 line of Unlimited Choice.

If I remember correctly, I was looking at one of their prepaid plans and then shortened the URL to try and go back to a comprehensive list of plans as I had gotten to the original page via a google search. Then this new configuration tool popped up.

Looks like it requires the purchase of a new device -- tried adding it to my cart and checking out, but it wouldn't go forward without adding a phone. Perhaps a special offer tied to new customers only?
