Is this with some kind of discount or what?
 
Yes, these rates indicate that there is a National Account Discount (NAD) on your account. It also means you have a FAN # and your Premier Store is customized.

Just look at the top of your account page once you login and on the top right you will see the FAN / Company Name that is associated with this account.

If that was from a Premier site, then yes, it's for an organization (company or school) that has a discount arrangement with AT&T. The discount level varies from organization to organization and requires you to have an email address with the school or organization to check to see any discount for which you may be eligible. If you do a search on "Premier" in this forum, you'll turn up more threads on this and get an idea of the discounts people are getting.
 
Yeah! I think you get like a 50% discount or something if you work for At&t. Not sure about the specifics, anyone?

My mother works for AT&T... three of us share 700 minutes. I believe unlimited text messaging is free for all phones on the plane. My iPhone is set as the primary line for the account and unlimited data plan is half price for only my phone. My mom has a RAZR and my Brother has a Treo, but does not have a data plan on it, if he did he would have to pay full price.

EDIT: We got all of the B.S. activation fees waived as well...and if I remember correctly the discount is available through the AT&T EMO (Employee Mobility Offer).

Thanks everyone. You guys are right I have a discount and I guess that why it said $22.00. I was told that the 25% discount only applied to VOICE and not data!
