Did AutoUpdate delete when I installed Office '08?

I just installed Office '08 on my MacBook, and I believe that AutoUpdate went right along with Office '04 when I uninstalled it. Is there something else taking it's spot? Was this not supposed to happen?

Microsoft AutoUpdate has a new home in /Library/Application Support/Microsoft/MAU2.0

I just checked and the only thing in Microsoft is a folder titled "Office" - I searched in Spotlight for MAU2.0 and it's not in my computer.

I have a good feeling you looked at ~/Library in your home directory and not at /Library on /.
