So my iPad 3 was behaving a bit slow and odd and I had read that on older devices a "memory defrag" was a good idea to restore speed.
So I read to press and hold power and vol down until power off, hold until apple logo appears and dissappears again, and then release. Power on as normal, it may take a few minutes and then boot.
Ever since that, my cell service will not activate, it just hangs and bounces between 3g and 1x, never hits LTE like it used to.
Thoughts?
