Did I brick my iPhone?

I download iOS beta on phone in June. Used my other iPhone 5 as primary phone.

I believe I activated that new security feature on my iPhone 4. Beta expired. Cant activate after restore. Cant do anything (whether it is iOS 7 or iOS 6...)

The security failsafe is your cellphone. There should be an opportunity to have a reset sent to that phone number.

If you are on beta 1 then you must DFU restore to iOS 6.1.4 or iOS 7 beta 6 and lose the data on the iPhone 4 then restore from backup.
