did i get locked out of my itunes

I downloaded the other day a software to watch a football game from

and i gave it the ok and then I had problems so I formatted the drive and downloaded el capitain by command+R, But now I can't get to my apps in itunes I could go to the app store listen to the internet and see my purchases of music but I can't open up my ipad or iphone apps that are in my account I can sync my iphone but I can't update the apps in my account in itunes only on my phone !
