Replaced the display and put it all back together only to find that I damaged this ribbon connector. Anybody have a clue if this can be fixed without replacing the logic board??

It’s difficult to tell, but if you just broke off the locking part it might be possible to rig something up to keep it in place. I had something similar on a 17” PowerBook and was able to essentially glue it in place, but of course you can’t really remove it after that. Can you tell if the connection still functions by maybe taping it temporarily?
