m.google just popped up asking for 10 more megs. That is in mobile safari and I wasnt even on googles site. Is that a hack? Current jailbreakme and ipatcher2.

Also have google+ with location turned on. Am I weirded out for nothing?
 
No one can physically take control of your iPhone. You could have gotten some malware, but I doubt it. Usually malware runs silently in the background because it wants to steal your information.

Just back-up and restore. Should fix things. If not, it's a hardware issue.
