Did I mess up my texting plan?

When I look at my order for my ip5 it's shows my grandfather 30$ (AT&T) unlimited data but for texting it says $0 pay per text. Did I delete my texting plan? Whats the best way to fix it if I messed it up? What was I supposed to choose?
