Hi,

UH OH!!!! I'm a tad bit worried....I was doing something right around the computer and it was in the middle of doing it's back up to the external hard drive. The connection came out from the USB port and now I'm not exactly sure what my next move should be????????????

When I have the box open with the info telling me abt my back-ups, clearly it says 'failed' for today, but now I'm wondering how to get in there and just start over>

Also, wondering if, for example, I did a back up last month....when I do my next back up, does it include ALL of the stuff from every other back up or does it just add the new stuff??? Wondering if it takes up that much more if it keeps piling up things that have already been backed up.

Also, is there a way for me to go in and just look for a specific file - at any time??

Please bear with me, my virtual friends, I'm still when it comes to computers & my Mac in general. I really gotta find a class or podcast or SOmething that I could learn from, as if I were to be taking a basic computer class at the local community college.....any suggestions?? Oh, and did I mention 'free'????? free online learning??

I hope you all are having a great weekend
oh wait, I almost forgot, I'm still getting a keychain box popping up every time I 'wake' up my computer or just randomly browsing....I either put in the main password or I hit 'cancel' 4 times & it goes away.

I did the tips that some of ya suggested and it didn't change...maybe I did somehting incorrect along the line......who knows

Thank you thank you thank you all!!!!!
