Did I miss something? Or discover something?

I was playing around with my windows on OSX, and I "found" a way to make the window fit to your screen. Much like the windows "snap" feature, all you have to do is grab the top of your window and drag it all the way up to the top, a greyish outline will appeared and the window will than snap to fit the screen.
Has this happened to you guys before? Or am I just late to the party lol?

Have you installed something like BetterTouchTool maybe?
Or some other GUI behaviour change application or haxie?

It is better touch tool, I just looked over my preferences and thats what it was.
