Did not back up original other.artwork!!

I am on 2.0 ipHone 3g. I forgot to backup the original other.artwork file before replacing it with a new one. Can someone give me a link to the original file plz
 
can someone just make a copy of their artwork and post it so that I can download it??? my phones gone crazy with the artowork that I have put, and its not working. I really dont wanna restore...
