Did not receive back to school 100$ iTunes card

hello, i just recently ordered a retina macbook pro that was supposed to come with a 100$ iTunes card, and it showed up. the problem is that there was no 100$ iTunes gift card. is there something i have to do to get it or was it just a mistake by apple?

I'm still waiting for my rMBP but according to my order status, my $100 iTunes card shipped separately. Did you check your order status and see if it was sent yet?

Did you see the 100 dollar gift card on your order form? That is order from the education online store, and saw the gift card added to the order?

I received mine separately, through the mail instead of FedEx/UPS. A day early also, and no tracking number.

yes, the gift card said it was shipped 9 days before my macbook was sent on it's way. i hadn't received it after a week so i figured that it was going to come with my macbook.
