Did the 13" rMBP just get a price drop?

EDIT: Looks like all of the educational pricing is available to everyone...? Just went to purchase an iPad Pro, and it never asked me for any special credentials. I didn't actually purchase, but got to the payment page and it's still the educational pricing with the free earphones.

I may have missed something, but the base 13" rMBP used to start at $1299:

But now is $1199:

Edit: 15" is $100 cheaper as well.

This is potentially a glitch with the back to school promotion. I'm getting a bar at the top:

Which gives me the lower prices. I opened another page and the prices are back to normal.
