Did the 2006 white MB have a backlit keyboard?

Had one of these for a few years, my first mac, long since sold, and I was thinking random thoughts about past laptops I've owned. It didn't have a backlit keyboard did it?

Probably stupidly, I'm picturing it having orange backlit keys but I'm 99.9% convinced my addled mind is confusing it with, bizarrely, my old 3rd gen iPod, heh.

edit: Actually, the one I had was the the mid '07 mb.

Nope, the only MacBook with a backlit keyboard was the late 2008 aluminum model that hung around until mid 2009, and only the higher end version had the backlight. All plastic ones have had non-backlit keyboards.
