Did they change iPhone IPSW location?

It doesn't seem to be where it used to be:

The .ipsw file is at the end of the path ~/Library/iTunes/iPhone Software Updates.

That's what I thought, but it doesn't seem to be there. Is there an option that puts it somewhere else, or the sort?

I backed up my blackbook via time machine and restored it to my current one (15" MBP i7)

It's not there, look at the terminal output up top. Anyone know if there's a way to reset it so that the IPSW's will be put back there, I backed up the phone again but no files showed up there.
