It doesn't seem to be where it used to be:

ruw-172:iTunes Raven$ defaults write com.apple.finer AppleShowAllFiles True
ruw-172:iTunes Raven$ killall Finder
ruw-172:iTunes Raven$ ls
iTunes Plug-ins
ruw-172:iTunes Raven$ cd iPhone\ Software\ Updates/
-bash: cd: iPhone Software Updates/: No such file or directory
ruw-172:iTunes Raven$ ...wtf?
-bash: ...wtf?: command not found

That's what I thought, but it doesn't seem to be there. Is there an option that puts it somewhere else, or the sort?

ruw-172:/ Raven$ cd Users/Raven/Library/iTunes/
ruw-172:iTunes Raven$ ls
Device Support PlayData iTunes Plug-ins
Mobile Backups iPhone Carrier Support
ruw-172:iTunes Raven$ sudo cd iPhone\ Software\ Updates/
/usr/bin/cd: line 4: cd: iPhone Software Updates/: No such file or directory

just use finder. it's where JediMeister says it is.

It's not there, look at the terminal output up top. Anyone know if there's a way to reset it so that the IPSW's will be put back there, I backed up the phone again but no files showed up there.
