Did they change/mess with scrolling?

Scrolling is more laborious on iOS 10. I know it. Why did they change it.

I was thinking the same thing. Very hard to swipe away emails and hard to swipe between pages in snapchat.

It's hard to swipe anything. Damn it. What did they do?? God damnit. Why do they do this **** every damn year?

I have found it seems more conditional on starting from the edge of the screen to swipe.
