Did they change/update bluetooth for iPhone 5??

I haven't searched on here about this...my apologies if this was covered. Did Apple change the ability to send pics via bluetooth?? It would make my trips to walmart photo center much easier to print photos.

All that's needed is a software update. This feature could have been in iOS 1.0 on the original iPhone.
